2. The room reservation will be guaranteed upon receiving your booking before June 1, 2007 with credit card information.
3. Credit Card will be used as a guarantee for all reservations. Congress Secretariat will not charge it in advance.
4. For those who intend to share rooms, please write down your roommate's name on the Registration Form or on-line registration system.
5. If coming 12 hours later than your check-in date or not coming, one-night room rent will be charged.
6. Any change of booking must be requested at least 3 days before your arival.
