Payment
Registration shall be with appropriate payment, which must be in US Dollars and payable to CICCST in the following ways:
1. Payment in Advance
A. Credit card
Only Master, Visa, and American Express will be accepted. The amount will be billed in Chinese RMB. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates. The total amount should be increased by 4% for bank charges.
B. Bank draft

Note:
A. Registration fee for one day: USD 200; two days: USD 350.
B. The IIR award-winners will be only charged one-third of the pre-registration fee (USD200), which will be borne by the IIR.
C. An amount of USD200 must be pre-paid by authors whose papers were accepted before June 1, 2007. This amount can be deducted from the registration fee (e.g. USD600-USD200=USD400). The USD200 is not refundable if the author doesnt attend the congress.
D. Developing countries refer to the countries located in Africa, Asia (except Japan and South Korea), South America and Eastern Europe.
