The deadline of abstract online submission has been remitted

According to plan, the deadline of abstract submission is August 31, 2006. Since most of teachers and students in colleges and universities is on vacation during August. After discussed with IIR (International Institute of Refrigeration), the deadline of abstract online submission has been remitted to September 30, 2006.
